How long does a typical leasing engagement take?

Most occupier briefs run 6–10 weeks from kickoff to signed LOI. Investment sales close in 60–90 days from listing.

Do you work outside New York?

Yes. Active markets are New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and Washington DC. We selectively take national portfolio mandates.

What does it cost to engage you?

Standard commission on landlord-paid leasing. For tenant rep, we disclose our split before the first tour. Investment sales are negotiated upfront.

Will you sign an NDA before a tour?

Always. We sign mutual NDAs before sharing offering memos or scheduling private tours.
